When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and a few details about the signup. This page explains what they are, why we keep them and how to have them deleted.
Who runs this site
Vayblingo is run by Ablarva, Inc., a Delaware corporation. For anything on this page, email hello@vayblingo.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist:
- your email address
- which form you used, the one at the top of the page or the one at the bottom
- your browser’s language setting, such as en-US
- the date and time you joined
The site has no analytics, no ads and no cookies.
Why we keep it
To email you an invite when the beta opens, and one note when Vayblingo launches publicly. We don’t send newsletters, and we never sell your email or share it with anyone for their marketing.
We rely on your consent: you chose to give us your email, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist.
- Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web server, it sees your IP address when you load a page.
The site serves its own fonts, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google or any other font service.
They handle your data only on our instructions, under their data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after the public launch, at the latest. Then we delete the list.
Your rights
Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we’ll do it within 30 days. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
